Q:  So how's your course going?

A:  I'm in my third year – dentistry is a five year course. It's quite stressful – long days. I'm seeing patients this year so it's a lot of responsibility.

But it's fun!

Q:  How is Miss India Worldwide different to Miss India?

A:  The Miss India is the real one who gets put forward to the Miss World competition. They are two different separate pageants.

The Miss World pageant has a bikini section and there isn't much concentration on talent. The one I took part, it does have a talent section where you have to sing or dance or something like that. There wasn't a bikini section and it's about culture and values.

Q:  How long was the competition?

A:  I was in India for a week.
