    Crazy Horse (Lakota: Tȟašúŋke Witkó[2][tˣaˈʃʊ̃kɛwitˈkɔ], lit. 'His-Horse-Is-Crazy'; c. 1840 – September 5, 1877)[3] was a Lakota war leader of the Oglala band in the 19th century.
