    Analjit Singh (born 11 January ) is the founder chairman of Max Group,[1] a conglomerate with interests in life insurance, healthcare,[2] and real estate.

    He is also the founder of Leeu Collection,[3] an international collection of boutique hotels.[4] He was also the Non-Executive Chairman of Vodafone India.[5]

    Early life

    Analjit Singh was born in New Delhi, the son of Bhai Mohan Singh and Avtar Kaur.

    His father was the founder of Ranbaxy Laboratories. Singh was the youngest of three sons.[6]

    Singh spent his formative years in The Doon School. He then studied Economics at Shri Ram College of Commerce University of Delhi.[7][8][9] before going for his MBA at Boston University.[10]
